Return Policy

Return Policy:

Northeast Color allows certain products to be returned 10 days from date of delivery. Due
to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return. Custom products,
including cut letters, are not eligible for return. Returned items must be received unused
and undamaged. Customers will be responsible for the packaging and shipping of
items being returned except in the case of a Northeast Color error.

Defective Product:

Northeast Color warranties certain products for one year from date of purchase.
Products included in this warranty are as follows: clock mechanisms, 14” clocks, LEDs,
transformers, spa windows, and Lunk Alarm® sirens/lights. Northeast Color will repair
or replace, at its discretion, all defective products within the warranty period. Any / all
defective products will be tested. Products not deemed defective may not be covered.
Damages due to installation and/or handling do not constitute a defective product.

Damaged Product:

Northeast Color will replace all products damaged in transit. In order to receive a
replacement, all damaged products must be reported within 10 days of delivery and
have accompanying picture documentation of both the packaging and product damage.
Damaged products not reported in a timely fashion and/or missing picture appropriate
documentation may not be eligible for replacement.

Missing Product:

Northeast Color takes great care in ensuring every product is packaged and shipped. In
the event that something is missing from the order, please contact customer service no
later than 10 days from delivery date.

Wallcovering Returns

Wallcovering products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of the product and are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Only full rolls of wallcovering, returned in their original shipping tubes in resale condition, are eligible for return.
  • Original order discounts will be adjusted according to the quantity or product returned.
  • Northeast Color will coordinate and provide shipping labels for the returned product, however shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Wallcovering products returned after the 30-day return window are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Custom wallcovering orders are not eligible for return. However, custom orders produced in error will be replaced at Northeast Color’s expense or fully refunded.
